Cancellation Policy

In Home:

For less than 24 hours in advance there is a late fee of 50% of what is booked

Same day nonrefundable 

In Practice: 

For less than 24 hours in advance there is a $60 late cancellation fee

Holiday & After Hour Appointments

(After 6:00 pm) 

In Home:

1hr: $295

1.5hr: $445

2hr: $600

In Practice: 

1hr: $190

1.5 hr: $285

2hr: $380

Same Day Convenience Fee 

For house calls scheduled same day rates will be $500 max 2 hours after every hour $195
